Shipping

Standard shipping is a flat $6 on any order. Express is a flat $18.

Orders of $75 or more ship standard at no charge. The threshold is calculated on the order total after any discount and before tax.

There is no separate handling or packing fee. All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Orders placed before 1:00pm Central Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, go out on the next business day.

Standard transit is 3-6 business days after dispatch. Express is 2 business days. Those are carrier transit times and do not include the dispatch day.

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you the moment the parcel is scanned by the carrier rather than when the label is printed. A label created is not a parcel collected, and we would rather tell you the second thing.

Files ship separated in a sleeved wrap, because teeth chip teeth. A file that has been packed loose against another for a few weeks takes a wave in the bead that disappears once it is inflated on a rim; it is not damage.

Mats ship flat between two boards. A mat creased in transit never sits flat again, so it is packed to a standard that looks excessive for a 118 g part.

Blades ship in their dispenser inside a rigid sleeve, with the factory oil still on them. That oil is a packing film, not a lubricant — wipe it off before the first cut so it does not transfer to the work.

Fluids ship upright in a sealed liner. If a bottle arrives leaking, photograph it in the box before you unpack anything else.

The United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship internationally, and no international order can be placed at checkout.

We cannot ship to a freight forwarder. Orders addressed to a known forwarder are cancelled and refunded in full rather than dispatched.

We can ship to a PO box for everything except the aerosol-free fluids, which travel by ground service that will not deliver to one.

Email orders@axonmodelco.com with your order number. If tracking shows no carrier movement for five business days we treat the parcel as lost and send a replacement immediately — we do not wait out a carrier investigation at your expense.

If tracking shows the parcel as delivered and you do not have it, tell us anyway. We will check the delivery scan location against your address and replace it if there is any discrepancy at all.
